These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevBiz AI ("Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
RevBiz AI provides a QR-code-based tool that helps your customers draft and submit Google reviews. The Service generates review-text suggestions based on details you configure. The final review is selected and submitted by the customer at their sole discretion.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide (business name, review link, category, keywords, etc.).
- You are responsible for the security of the Google account used to sign in. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use and Google review policy
You agree to use the Service in compliance with Google's review guidelines and applicable law. In particular, you will not:
- Offer or imply incentives (discounts, gifts, vouchers) in exchange for reviews.
- Engage in review gating (asking only happy customers for reviews).
- Solicit reviews from people who have not had a genuine first-hand experience.
- Post reviews on behalf of customers without their explicit consent and selection.
- Post reviews about a competitor's business.
- Use the Service to spam, defame, harass, or mislead.
Reviews are submitted by your customers, not by us. Compliance with Google's policies is your responsibility.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and code are owned by RevBiz AI. You retain ownership of the business information, logo, and content you provide. By uploading a logo, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on your QR code and reviewer pages.
5. Fees and beta
The Service is currently free during beta. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing paid plans. Beta users will receive preferential pricing if they continue actively using the Service when paid plans launch.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it to violate Google's policies.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, search ranking, or survival of any individual review on Google's platform. Google may remove or filter reviews at its discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevBiz AI's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, whichever is greater). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RevBiz AI against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of Google's review policies.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
